Once you step inside you'll find a lovely modern interior with amazing views out into the patio and private pool. Views of the ocean and nature all around you. Inside contemporary decor, art, and furnishings. A lovely dining area for your group to enjoy meals daily at the residence. If you'd like a chef please let us know and we can provide one daily.

Nestled in a private, newly built community, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The villa features spacious, elegantly designed interiors, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and outdoor dining spaces perfect for enjoying sunsets. Whether you want to unwind in paradise or explore the vibrant local land and ocean activities, this villa provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.

Guests of Villa Cocó benefit from Premier Golf Membership, which provides access to all of Punta Mita’s world-famous beach clubs, golf courses, and other amenities. Also, daily housekeeping and a golf cart await you at check-in. If guests prefer, one of the bedrooms can be turned to a TV room (please ask a rental agent about this).
