Casa Xecora is a beautiful 6-bedroom oceanfront estate inside the gates of Punta Mita overlooking Litibu Bay. The villa welcomes guests into a grand foyer that overlooks the ocean and a private infinity pool. Intricate Parota woodwork draws the eyes above to the impressive vaulted ceilings; gorgeous locally sourced woodwork continues throughout, giving the home a feeling of warmth and tranquility.

Casa Xecora is spread out on three levels, all accessible by elevator or stairs. The home’s main level hosts the fully-equipped kitchen, infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ entertaining area, and dining room. Bedrooms are located on the lower level, which also features a large media room with a projector and a mini kitchen perfect for spending the evening lounging with the family. On this level, you’ll also find an ocean view gym with an elliptical, treadmill, and weights the ideal way to get the day started before heading to the home’s private beach or Punta Mita’s Kupuri beach club located just down the road.

The home’s third floor boasts two incredible master suites with private terraces overlooking the ocean and pool below. The estate was finished in 2022 and both the architect and designer had the idea to develop a home that invited guests to fully enjoy the outdoors. It has an outdoor living room and dining table that invite guests to gather around and take the amazing views that surround the property. It offers 6 rooms (3 main bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 family rooms with 2 queen-size beds each, and a kids' room with bunk beds), all with a modern feel but taking into account the Coras patterns. This home has everything you need and more for the perfect luxury vacation in Punta Mita; a six-seater golf cart is included to easily access two golf courses, multiple beach clubs, tennis & pickleball courts, and resort restaurants. The villa also includes daily breakfast, housekeeping, and laundry service.
