The first feeling that this house is something special strikes you as you round the corner and it come into full view. An impossibly wide front door swings open to the great room, an expansive main living area that creates the illusion of being outdoors by means of its interior garden, high ceiling and curved glass wall. To fully enjoy this wonderful space there is a cozy living room. Much more inside and out The dining room has its own set of curved glass ceiling to floor windows and a large dining table that seats up to 10 people. Just off the dining room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, two islands, stainless refrigerator and all the accessories. Another living room, this one sunken with a full wet bar, is on the opposite side of the kitchen and is a perfect place for entertaining or watching TV.

A slider opens to the swimming pool and lawn which is the perfect compliment to the golf course that is just on the other side of some trees. There are hammocks available to string between trees. A big netted trampoline for children and grown ups is tucked away to one side. The pool sun deck is furnished with plenty chaise lounges, dining table for 10, professional BBQ Gas Grill, chairs and a living area with a huge shade umbrella. The swimming pool follows the contours of the architecture and the curved windows. With almost 1900 ft² of space there is plenty of wet fun for everyone. Next to the pool patio is the indoor squash court and gym, fully equipped with free weights, exercise equipment, mirror wall, life-cycle and more. It's like having your own private health club. The fitness devote in the family will be quite pleased.

The bedroom suites are simple and fresh. The style is minimalist modern and compliments the architecture smartly rather than competing with it. There are two bedrooms downstairs and three on the upper level, each has its own bathroom (there are 2 in the Master) with Aveda toiletries and hair dryers. Bedrooms also have Flat Panel TVs and telephone. Three bedrooms have king beds, one has a king and 2 singles (trundle bed), another has 2 double beds that can be rolled together if desired. The comfortable and spacious master suite has a king size Sleep Number® bed, his and hers bathrooms and walk-in closets, an inner Jacuzzi and a terrace ideal for relaxation. On the upper level is yet another living room with a large satellite 42” Flat TV and DVD library.

The villa is fully air conditioned. There are also two security safes for your valuables. Plenty of staff is on hand so guests can totally relax and enjoy.
