From the wine cellar (capacity: 1200 bottles) to the Kawai piano to the cigar humidifier, no detail has been spared. Outdoors is the pièce de résistance: a cascading, multi-level open-air terrace complete with heated pools, bars, fire and water features, and seating areas that showcase the incredible ocean views (the beach is just steps away!). A pristine putting green is even more stunning at night, awash in twinkling light. Built in 2004, the house was completely renovated in 2012 to truly capture – and exude – the essence of Mexico’s natural beauty.

Located in sun-soaked Palmilla, Beach Oasis is within easy walking distance of the renowned One&Only Spa in San Jose del Cabo. There you’ll find a tranquil, tree-lined sanctuary offering luxury spa treatments that combine ancient traditions with modern, results-driven technique. Hot and cold rock pools, steam rooms, saunas and a yoga garden nestled among jacaranda trees and picturesque thatched-roof huts make unwinding a breeze. At the salon, world-class beauty treatments include pedicures and cleansing hair treatments, while a state-of-the-art fitness center helps you maintain – or begin pursuing – a tip-top healthy lifestyle. Wellness treatments are authentically crafted with indigenous practices at their foundation, and offerings such as deep-tissue massages and sea-salt scrubs mean that you’ll feel truly centered when it’s over.

INDOORS:

The fine detailing continues into the living spaces, where a staircase skylight made of Onyx is a conversation-worthy highlight. A powder room with nacar-shell walls highlight the area’s beautiful natural resources, and copper and Bumanier marble from France lends an elegant effect, as do art-gallery-worthy glass doors to the wine cellar and Bar Salomon. Within the classically styled living spaces you’ll find modern touches: an 87″ TV in the living room as well as Apple TV, Dish, Sky and satellite TV, retractable doors, a guest kitchen with access to commercial kitchen. Bar Salomon, with its bronze countertop, game tables, and multiple high-end TVs, makes a perfect retreat for watching the game – or toasting with a shot of Patrón.

Roomy bedrooms are classically designed with modern touches, with plush furnishings and windows that let in lots of light (or breeze). Six total bedrooms sleep up to 16 people (12 adults or 8 adults plus 8 kids).

OUTDOORS:

Outside, a lush, cascading multi-level terrace is paradise reimagined. Dotted with 14 fire pits and three heated pools, the palmetto-lined seating areas allow you to truly live out the spirit of Mexico – and have the time of your life. By day, play a game of volleyball on the beachside sand court. By night, let the surf splash your ankles – and gaze back at the twinkling terraces for a truly dramatic view.

Lower Level I

On the main terrace you’ll find a bar handmade out of bottles of Tequila Patrón. Gourmets will love the wood pizza oven, and a marble counter adds a touch of refinement to a gorgeous outdoor space.

Lower Level II

This level houses the fitness center, pool, spa, and bar, as well as one bedroom (the Painting Room), which shares a bathroom with the fitness center. Become mesmerized by the waterfall while you grill out on the barbecue (gas or wood) or watch the fire crackle.

Relax in the spa room (set up for a hair salon and manicure/pedicure treatments), or dip into the Jacuzzi to rejuvenate your body and soul.

Lower Level III

The Lower Level III is home to our lush putting green (three holes), barbecue, and balays with programmable mist system to provide a perfect respite from the sun. A breezy terrace with dining table for 12 is the perfect gathering place for al fresco meals, made easy with subzero appliances, refrigerator, wine fridge, and 55″ flat-screen TV. A heated pool and spa mean a dip in the water is a possibility any hour of the day – or night (rinse off afterward in the outdoor shower). Fire bowls and a private fire pit lend a dramatic air to nighttime gatherings, not soon to be forgotten.

Los Cabos is an area surrounded by arid desert, beaches, and turquoise waters. There is an eternal harmony here, and the world seems reborn every morning at sunrise. Los Cabos consists of two enchanting and distinctive cities, each with their own remarkable features, joined by a 20-mile corridor. San Jose del Cabo, an 18th Century mission town, still keeps all of its historic flavor and picturesque charm. Cabo San Lucas, on the other hand, is a modern, bustling town teeming with stores, restaurants and nightlife.
