Most of the living areas have spectacular view of the private pool and the Pacific Ocean. The property has a primary home with expansive terraces which blend perfectly with the tropical lush landscape of Punta Mita and it's amazing beaches and resort.

As you blend from room you room you find yourself face to face with the wonderful art and sculptures from Italy and France, to bedding and accessories from Indonesia and Bali. The house Kitchen as well has imported woods and granites with amazing ambiance as it is truly magnificent with it's multiple islands and stainless luxury appliances. This space is where you'll find your Chef, Sous Chef and several servers working diligently to bring you the best meals. From snacks to drinks to specialty cakes and wonderful pastries, this is a team that really does make the experience "luxurious."

Outside you'll find one of the most beautiful pools and white sandy beaches of any of the homes in Punta Mita, located on a double lot this property takes up such a vast majority of it's beach you really will feel like it's private. The outdoor eating and sitting area are all top of the line luxury resort style seating. The comfort level of every guest was important when deciding how to furnish each room, even the outdoor area which really does blend both in and out seamlessly. The pool spans almost the length of 3 normal pools and is great for exercising in or enjoying a swim after a long day on the beach.
