The property sits on 2 acres of land and it boasts over 3,500 sqft of living space + 3,000 sqft of terrace.

Casa Nalum is surrounded by the beauty of the Caribbean Sea and the cool waters of Chunyaxche Lagoon, tucked away in the heart of the Sian Ka’an biosphere – a UNESCO World Heritage site, approximately 5.3 km of unpaved road or about 15- 20 minutes drive from Tulum beach town following the entrance to the Sian Ka’an biosphere.

Hidden between tropical jungle and endless views of the turquoise blue waters, Casa Nalum offers privacy and seclusion away from the busy beaches of Tulum, although close enough to enjoy Tulum’s wide range of archeological sites, cenotes and ecotourist attractions.

The Villas is perfectly nestled between Tulum beach and the fishermen town of Punta Allen. (Punta Allen is about 45 minutes drive on unpaved road).
