This incredible vacation home started as an idea of a business owner in the United States, with hopes of creating a wonderful escape that would be as luxurious as the homes they were used to renting, but that also captured something they saw lacking in the homes they had stayed in, which was the combination of truly great staffing and incredible destination hospitality. This really did made all of the difference as this incredible 9 bedroom villa quickly became the "best" of it's class. This home sits on a dramatic cliff and provides uninterrupted ocean views in all directions, Casa Tres Soles is one of the most beautiful homes in Punta Mita. An extraordinary feeling of peace and serenity pervades the entire property, thanks to the masterful interweaving of both sophisticated elegance and ethnic informality. The genius of its design is carried through to the smallest detail, giving guests a warm experience of traditional Mexico. Casa Tres Soles is surrounded by stunning ocean views, the oval shaped terrace is elegantly furnished with oversized sofas, hand embroidered fabrics, indigenous art and renowned Mexican craft works that contribute to the villa’s ambience. The view of the ocean merging with the edge of the pool is sure to leave a lasting impression. The main palapa is surrounded by terraces that seem to float over the curving pool, which boasts more than 160 feet of infinity edge. The dining table overlooks the drama of the Pacific sunsets from a sheltered and quiet viewpoint. Smaller groups may choose to dine in the family room area or on the family room terrace. Aside from being a protected, air conditioned retreat, the family room is also a comfortable space to watch a movie, listen to music or play a game of backgammon. All of these activities can be enjoyed while gazing out to wonderful vistas of the ocean, terraces and beach below.

The Bar - a sculptural piece of art handcrafted from tropical hardwoods - can seat up to 8 people comfortably. The villa also provides a sauna, massage room and a fully equipped gym with satellite TVs. Adjacent to the gym is a favorite place to spend on evening, watching a movie with HD audio and video. The cozy sofas and chairs can accommodate up to 16 people for a cold drink, snack and popcorn from the snack bar. There are a number of wonderful rooms within the villa that are always meticulously kept and easily accessed. You will feel like you're in a 5 star resort but with the most privacy and seclusion you could hope for.

I would have to say that the staff is really what makes this incredible rental more than just an ordinary space. Yes, it's Punta Mita and Yes this is a millionaires dream location but it's more than that, because the people are really what bring it all together. The staff know how to make you feel like you're at home, offering you Chef Services that are unique to the home along with a wonderful house staff of Butlers and Daily Housekeeping that will turn this into a dream vacation. They are there to make sure you're taken care of every minute of the day and you will always be treated like family because that is what Mexico is all about. With its rich history from countries like Portugal and Europe, you'll find that the architecture and the languages that make this place so unique is also what makes the vacation so special. Eat rich variations of European Latin foods and some dishes that are specific to Mexico and it's very diverse culture.
