Kati Kaan comes with a fully equipped staff - cook (Jacki), butler (Jorge), housekepper and an administrator (Julie). Before even arriving you can let the staff know how you want the house to be ran, what food and beverages to have waiting for you and your guests upon arrival as well as planning out meals and festive cocktails throughout your stay. Outside the house you will find that the ocean is your backyard. Kati Kaan comes with kayaks, paddle boards and snorkleing gear - plenty of toys to have a great day on the water! This beautiful home comes with 4 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms, each bed has cooling foam science keeping you comfy and cozy all night.

Upon entering you will find the living, dinning room and kitchen in a spacious open floor plan leading out to the deck and pool area. The main deck has plenty of space for pool lounging and underdeath the pergola lys a gorgeous outdoor dining space and leads you and your 100 meter private beach area. In addition to the main deck there is an upper level deck with a plunge pool and two seperate outdoor ares specially desigend for sunset and sunrise.

While Kati Kaan is located deep in the Caribbean jungle, it is only 4.5 miles from BeTulum Hotel and 5.5 miles from RosaNegra Restaurant top spots on the Tulum beach road. Located 3.5 miles from the Sian Kaan park entrance down a dirt road.

Caribbean Sea on the east and the Campechen Lagoon to the west. The perfect spot to get away from it all in a magical oasis only 3.5 miles into the Sian Kaan Biosphere park. Yet, should you desire to visit with the rest of humanity you are only 15 minutes from the Tulum hotel and restaurant beach zone, 30 minutes from a supermarket and 35 minutes from Tulum town.
