Sweet Life is a luxurious architect designed Mexican Hacienda Style home rental. The villa sleeps 20 guests easily and more if you have small children. This very large vacation rental property includes eight unique living spaces: two Master Suites, an additional three Suites, a Kid’s Themed Room and two Additional Large Living Quarters.

What our clients love and enjoy are the extras, like our fully equipped Gym, Ocean View Office and Library or state-of-the-art 140″ HD Movie Theater. Both the Formal and Commercial Kitchens, along with the Outdoor Grill, Outdoor Pizza Oven and Palapa area are ideally suited for entertaining. Relax, take in the beautiful surroundings from our Palapa or Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi; all with amazing Pacific Ocean views.

Inside the bedrooms you'll find two Master Suites, each with a King Bed, Private Bathroom with Outside Shower, 50” HD Flat Screen TV, IPod Dock, DVD Player, Satellite TV Access, Expansive Ocean Views and Large Master Balconies; One Master Suite has a private Jacuzzi also views of the tranquil Punta De Mita Beach and Coastline. Then we have a Beautiful themed kids room with 2 Full Beds suspended by ropes, 46” HD Flat Screen TV, IPod Dock, DVD Player, Satellite TV Access, Garden View and Private Bathroom. Additionally 2 Guest Bedrooms each with a 50” flat screen HD TV, 2 Queen Beds and 2 Fold-Out Futon Beds that share a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Then we have 3 Large Guest Suites, each with a King Bed, 2 Sleeper Loveseats, Private Bathrooms, 42” HD Flat Screen TV, IPod Dock, BluRay / DVD Player, Satellite TV Access, Private Decks and Beach Access, each Guest Suite can sleep up to 6 guests, one of the suites has a private outside shower.

Families love our extra large family room with a unique and comfortable Custom-Built Sofa for casual meetings or intimate gatherings, the Family Room also has a 65” flat screen HD TV. Here kids can really just unwind and enjoy their stay without having to worry about space. This is great for kids who may need more breathing room as their parents enjoy the beaches or maybe take in some wonderful spa services.

The house features as well a formal Dining Area, where you can enjoy lovely dress-up and stay-in, as the professionally trained staff of Sweet Life prepares and serves cuisine tailored to your requests. The dining area sweeps inside and out so you can have your meals under the moonlight or under the warm morning sun, either way you'll truly enjoy this magical home and it's staff. Pizza Oven and Outdoor Grill are one of the favorites of dinner time. The reviews of our Pizza Oven are always the same- people love making pizza’s in this dedicated outdoor oven. If Barbeque is on the menu, then let us prepare some fresh fish, vegetables or barbeque items of your choice on the large outdoor Barbeque grill.

Watch the big game, your favorite BluRay movie or play PS3 or Xbox 360 games on Mexico’s finest Private Movie Theater. A 140” Full High Definition Screen and HD Projector with a THX Digital Surround Sound System that is better than any public Movie Theater on the planet, available 24 hours a day. 10 Leather, Reclining Captain’s Chairs and a 6 person Center Lounge Sofa will comfortably entertain your guests. Every detail has been thought of including a private Movie Theater Bathroom. Palapa

The Pool-side Party starts with this quaint and comfortable, classic Mexican Palapa. The perfect place for sunset cocktails. The Palapa has room for ten people to have lunch. The lunch area table features a center Lazy-Susan, so everyone can have their fill of Homemade Guacamole, Chips and Salsa.

This Jack Nicklaus-designed golf club is set amid vistas of white-sand beaches and the majestic Sierra Madre Mountains surrounding Riviera Nayarit. Spread over 81 hectares (200 acres), the course takes full advantage of its seaside location. Eight holes border either the Pacific Ocean or Banderas Bay, and offer views of whales during their seasonal migration.

Enjoy the novelty and challenge of Hole 3B, dubbed “the Tail of the Whale,” the world’s only natural island green.
