The Turtle House is a private beachfront luxury residence in the exclusive gated development. Located approximately 70 miles North of Puerto Vallarta. The development is in an eco-preserve area. Its clean and uncrowded beach and the adjacent 1100 acre estuary are protected and preserved in their most natural and unspoiled states. Villa Tortuga is one of only 13 homes in the development. Surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and coconut palms, it is one of the more luxurious beachfront homes there and is approximately 3057 sq. feet in size.

The Turtle House's peaceful location is miles from the nearest hustle and bustle to assure your peace, privacy, and a vacation like none you have had before. If you have ever dreamed of getting away from it all to your own private beach under the palm trees, this is the real-life equivalent. You would need to search far and wide to find the combination of privacy, serenity and yet activity possibilities that The Turtle House encourages families and couples to share its wonders.

In the Master Suite, the spacious open living room faces the pool and beach with gorgeous sunset views. The Grand Master Suite is located on the second floor with a commanding view of ocean through the coconut palms. It is decorated in a carefully designed Safari theme. It has a King size bed and, in addition to the Egyptian 600 thread count cotton linens and soft mattress pillowtop, there is a selection of pillows of different densities, from ultra-soft to firm to assure your sleeping comfort. Spa-quality plush robes and disposable slippers are there for your convenience.

The bath has “his and her” custom-made marble sinks and the spacious shower has a magnificent view of the coconut palms, beach and turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean. The natural aromas of the hand-made organic soaps complete the scene.

The beautifully decorated 2nd Suite is located on the lower level with a view to the gardens. The bath has views of the coconut palms and the Pacific. It has a King size bed with soft mattress pillowtop as well and, like the Grand Master Suite, has 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens and a selection of pillows from extra-soft to firm. Plush robes and disposable sandals are there for you as well. The bath is large and the shower has wonderful views of the palms and ocean.

The 3rd Suite also is located on the lower level of the house with views of the coconut palms and the beach on two sides. It is the most private of the suites with an independent access just off of the pool. Its French doors open onto the terrace with direct access to beach and pool. It has a Queen bed and the same amenities as the Grand Master and Serenity suites including, linens, pillowtop, pillow selection, robes, slippers and soaps.

**Additionally** Telephone at house. Requires prepaid phone card available from property manager. Cell phones will not work predictably, but you frequently get a signal by going outside to the beach. Satellite provided, wireless broadband internet connection. Sometimes slow, usually available.
