The outdoor spaces features an extraordinary palapa that sits at the center of the building, cascading downward while the villa sits on approximately an acre of ground, placing it above the ocean offering you views from every direction. Designed to inspire, the outdoor space is seamless inside and out, taking you from the beautiful bar area where you can find your bartender mixing drinks to the interior spaces of living and dining, where you'll always have snacks on-hand. There is really nothing you will want for, the house does "have it all." Take a Golf cart and be at our beach club in 10 minutes or if you don't mind wading in the pebble beach we have a wonderful Smooth white walls take on a curvature that gives way to the thatch of the large palapa that resides over the shaded outer lounge, replete with comfortable seating, dining table and bar under the lofty ceiling. The terrace extends out to frame a magnificent infinity-edge pool that gives the illusion that the water of the Pacific has risen to meet it.
