Most rental homes of this size are "a house" on a lot. Villa Verano is a 17,000 square foot estate on an acre & a half of a beachfront private paradise, at the same rate as a comparable hotel. The 18,000 square foot villa and its waterfront acre of lush tropical landscaping create an ideal setting for its eleven graciously sized bedrooms - and a private beach house! All are air conditioned, with private marble baths, and boast magnificent views of the Bay of Banderas.

Seven rooms have two queen-sized beds and four rooms have one king-sized bed. The very attentive staff comprises a full-time concierge, three charming houseboys, two housekeepers, two excellent chefs, and two gardeners.

Spanning from the road to the beach, the compound offers spacious areas for fun recreation and activities. There’s badminton, croquette, and water sports in one of the largest private pools in Puerto Vallarta.
