The great room with it's beamed cathedral ceiling, extends to an expansive covered patio overlooking the negative edge pool where you can enjoy sipping a tropical drink while enjoying your own private Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beautiful panoramic ocean views.

The Kitchen is large and well equipped and has an adjoining dining area that accommodates 16. The comfortable spacious living room features an entertainment system with TV, and surround sound system, as well as iPod docking station. You can enjoy a spectacular ocean view sunrise breakfast on the marble decked veranda adjoining the beautiful pool patio. The villa features several entertaining areas, including indoor and outdoor bar, small gym, pool table and "yes" a putting green.
