Villa Balboa’s staff will ensure your stay is a relaxing and care-free experience. We can help with arranging anything from in-house meals, restaurant reservations to tours and excursions. Cristhian Rios is the Administrator & General Manager of the Villa. Cristhian— fluent in English and Spanish—is available just a phone call away for guidance. The rest of the staff consists of: housekeeper Maria Esther, chambermaid Sonia, our maintenance man and server Eduardo, and Robert our villa chef. The rest of the staff understands a bit of English pertaining to their areas. The staff hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday is their day off. Sunday staffing is available at a charge upon request.
