This 1920 ‘Grande Dame’, being one of the last remaining very elegant, original residences, nestles in a prime position just above the sea and very close to famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. This icon will lift your spirits and refresh your soul with its amazing surrounding scenery. The expanse of the Atlantic Ocean is breath taking, and the sound of the crashing waves on the rocks exhilarating.

Externally, the Villa has been restored to her former glory, internally she has had a total make-over with tiled floors, modern bathrooms and kitchens but keeping the old elegance of original sash windows, architraves around doors etc. Every room has uninterrupted views that are like unframed paintings of the sea and majestic mountains.

Bingley Place is a double storied villa that can be rented out as a 5 bedroom en suite house with pool, or two separate, individual self-contained units, each on ‘ground floor’ due to the steep gradient of the land. There is no internal access between the two floors of the house and therefore these 3 and 2 bedroom units have their own private entrances. If rented separately, the pool is for the exclusive use of the upstairs level.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed and sea views. En-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed and sea views. En-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (can be made up as king). En suite bathroom with shower, door leading to back patio where you have sea and mountain views. Access to outside victorian bath.
Saltwater pool 4x6m and 1.5m deep. Patio with 8-seater table.

Lower level:
Cozy lounge with wood burning fireplace and 4-seater dining table.
Kitchen with full amenities including washing machine drier and dishwasher. Outside door and mountain views.
Patio with fold away glass enclosure and sea views.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds (can be made up as a king), sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Private access to outside victorian bath.
