This elegant villa sits high on the slopes of Camps Bay, offering breathtaking ocean views framed by the majestic Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head. With five beautifully designed bedrooms, this private retreat blends luxury with comfort, creating the perfect setting for an indulgent escape. The contemporary open spaces and stylish interiors make for a dream getaway, where every moment is infused with sophistication and relaxation. Set over two levels, the villa is spacious and each of the 5 bedrooms has doors leading to the outside area.

And for some hustle and bustle, the famous restaurants and bar strips of Camps Bay, with its beautiful stretch of sandy beaches, is just a short drive away – and within easy reach too is the city center and V&A Waterfront shopping precinct. We have made provision for potential water shortages by installing water tanks with filters and UV lights that are linked to the mainline feeding into the house and we make sure they stay full! We also have a Solar UPS (uninterrupted power supply) system to ensure that you will always have electricity at the villa, even during those famous South African power outages that we call “load-shedding”.
