The brand-new luxury five-star villa is in the most exclusive gated community in the famous Grand Baie area, that is the best location on the island for its white beaches and night life. The villa has a panoramic 180 degree view of the sea as soon as you step in the front door as well as from your four-poster bed!

The architecture is uniquely Balinese with its wooden passage that crosses the entrance pond and leads to the intricately carved door. The zen feeling is complete with its Bali fountains, its bathrooms that include Balinese bath tubs in their own private interior gardens, its stone wall features, its heated rock pool as well as beautiful carved Balinese doors, furniture and decor. Lounging on the sun-deck by the pool is a unique experience with the sound of the waterfall and the view of the date palms and of the bright blue sea!

The villa looks spectacular atop a hillside on a large garden with a land area of 1479 square meters. The property is surrounded by stone walls and an electric gate with intercom leading up to a beautiful alley with palm trees, a massive Buddha fountain, covered parking for 2 cars and parking space for visitors' cars. It comprises of 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, huge walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms and private gardens - 2 of which have large walk-in closets and Bali bath tubs in the bathroom courtyards. There is also a large TV room with office facilities, a laundry room with washer/dryer, a superb kitchen (with the latest Bosch appliances, a double refrigerator, a concealed dishwasher, a concealed water filter, granite table tops and bar stools), an open-plan dining room with oak furniture, a lounge with folding doors that open up so it becomes part of the sun-deck and rock-pool, a separate wing with a store room, a room for the automatic 10 KVA generator and a utility room.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from the major touristic beach town of Grand Baie with its white beaches, shopping malls, boutiques, supermarkets, beach clubs, bars and night clubs. It is a 25-minute drive from the capital Port Louis - the hillside complex is right off the main highway that leads straight to the capital/Grand Baie/airport. It is a 90-minute drive from the airport and a 45-minute drive to the East coast.

Services include a maid, a gardener, a pool-boy, Wi-Fi access, cable TV, a welcome bottle of champagne and a cheese platter.

Concierge services include: airport transfers, rental of a chauffeured limousine, luxury car rental, concierge services, tours, rental of a luxury yacht or catamaran from Grand Baie, five-star catering services, rental of a meeting room at a five-star hotel with business facilities, a day at luxury golf courses with rental of equipment, deep-sea fishing etc. These are to be requested at the time of booking with specific dates, number of people etc and are to be paid in full in advance.
