The fully glass enclosed room is a super comfortable and spacious hang space with plenty of comfy seating, and a foosball table just waiting to let loose. The kitchen opens up to the Arizona room, and the adjacent family room. Just beyond is a beautiful built in bar just waiting to serve up some Margaritas!

With year round wonderful weather, the Phoenix area enjoys over 330 days of full sunshine every year. The pool is swimmable all year round as it can be heated during the winter for an extra fee. The family is sure to enjoy every minute spent around the pool and outdoor grilling center.

The home can accommodate up to 18 guests utilizing bunk beds, Queens, and Kings. The home comes fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils. Every bath is supplied with plush linens and toiletries, and every bed is outfitted with high thread count Italian bedding. This Master bedroom is European style, with a Bathtub only with a shower spray spout.

The location is mere minutes away from downtown Scottsdale, and a bit further to the Biltmore area in Phoenix. Local restaurants and bars are top notch, and of course shopping opportunities abound.
