Enjoy the 180 degree views from the infinity pool, jacuzzi tub, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and Wok. Outside is where most people love to live with 7 outdoor speakers, great views and amazing pool. You can spend the days simply soaking in the Malibu sunshine.

The house features a beautiful chefs kitchen, spacious family room and pristine grounds set the mood for a relaxing private vacation. Inside you'll find a gorgeous Tuscan Interior, wonderful arches and walls with faux stone look to complete that beautiful Tuscan Revival. Natural stone is center throughout the home, a wonderful architectural gem if you enjoy the feel and look of travertines. Each bedroom has been designed to inspire, with traditional Tuscan feeling throughout. The owner has given the house a bit of magic and really made it feel as if you've been transported from the time you arrive. As well as having a wonderful large living area, we also feature a beautiful office space with built in shelving and carved fireplace. This is really a unique home for those waning a unique and inspirational journey.

If you love walking, you are walking distance to the Trancas Shopping center and Zuma Beach. Take your bike and a packed lunch or enjoy the many lovely coffee shops for the day. Why else would you come to Malibu if not to embrace the beaches and the amazing destination that has celebrities flocking to visit and stay year after year. You never know, you may run into a celebrity while visiting.
