This retreat opens to a brightly lit great room with views of the private pool and outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. A large gas fireplace and concrete tile flooring, draws guests into the heart of this home, where they can lounge on the sofa to watch the 65" TV or relax on 2 cozy armchairs.

The stylish dining table sits adjacent to the expansive gourmet kitchen—larger than other Alexander homes—with sleek white cabinetry and pops of seafoam green. Outfitted with high-end Viking appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, 6-burner gas stove, double oven, and built-in 2-drawer deep freeze, this airy space is perfect for meal prep. Outside the kitchen, a separate entrance leads to the washer and dryer attached to the Casita.

Enjoy inviting outdoor amenities for relaxation and entertainment, including a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with loungers and umbrellas. Dine alfresco at the 8-person table with a natural gas grill or soak up the views from plush seating under the pergola. Play outdoor ping-pong before unwinding around the firepit with friends. Then, retire to 3 spacious bedrooms—2 guest bedrooms with king beds and 43" TVs share a bathroom, with one offering patio access. The grand primary bedroom features a sumptuous king bed, 43" TV, private bathroom with a double vanity and a deep soaking tub, and easy access to poolside entertainment through the expansive double slider doors.
