Deer Ridge Contemporary is a modern, luxury vacation rental above Snowmass Village, near Aspen. This luxury Chalet celebrates indoor/outdoor living through large glass doors that open to sprawling decks with expansive views. This contemporary home was newly constructed in early 2020 and built with rich stone and wood floors. The kitchen is finished in quartz counter tops and equipped with Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances. The main level is an entertainers dream, with formal living room that includes 86″ TV and wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and additional sitting area with gas fireplace and 65″ TV. There are built in speakers throughout all indoor and outdoor areas of home, all controlled by Sonos. The lower level boasts a true media room, complete with a 185″ movie screen and Dolby Atmos sound system.

The master bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a steam shower, large stand alone soaking tub, and gas fireplace. There is a guest master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms with king beds, guest room with 2 queen beds and a bunk room for the kids. Three car garage and ski lockers are available for all your storage needs. Every detail has been thought of in this luxurious, newly constructed mountain home. For ski access, walk out the front door, cross the street and you’re on a private ski-run that brings you to the Funnel run and the mid-way station of the Gondola. You can ski back to the house via Funnel or Eddy Out and 100 yard flat walk. This home has it all to make your next family ski vacation unforgettable, including a backyard terrain park and in-ground trampoline. For the summer time, the house has a large backyard with in-ground trampoline.
