This custom built, five-bedroom luxury home, remodeled in 2022, sits on a 4-acre lot in Two Creeks and offers fantastic ski access to Snowmass Mountain. With a creek running though the property, a private water feature, and an abundance of natural forested designated wetlands, there is no mistaking you are in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Designed by architect Tim Hagman, the reclaimed fir beams and chestnut floors create a warm mountain feel. Venetian plaster runs throughout most of the home creates the perfect balance of mountain and contemporary decors. A gourmet kitchen, 6 ½ baths, media room, home gym, 6 fireplaces, all combine to make this home perfect for large groups. The home sits on one of the largest lots in the Two Creeks subdivision, and offers sunny southern exposure and unobstructed mountain and down-valley views. With effortless ski access, multi-leveled patio space, and a location just twelve minutes from downtown Aspen, there is nothing else that you can ask for in a luxury home rental.

The house is setup to really enjoy with all of the great space and amenities you will need to soak in the skiing or simply take in a movie and some dinner with family and friends.
