Located on Baldy Mountain with views of Ten Mile Range, this 3-level professionally decorated home features in-floor radiant heating, three separate family rooms, and incredible views. Mountain Vista Retreat is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath cozy mountain retreat that offers peace and quiet for the whole family. The main level features an open concept living room that flows into the kitchen and dining area, providing ample space for entertaining. The beautiful, well-lit living room is flooded with natural light from all the windows that frame stunning views of the mountain range. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace after an adventurous day on the slopes or relax and watch television on one of two comfy leather couches or armchairs.

Enjoy homecooked meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and wine cooler. Prepare food on the huge kitchen island or make cocktails for your guests as they sit at the dining room table or kitchen stools. Right off the kitchen is a cozy nook with two blue accent chairs and a lovely all-blue couch. This is the perfect sitting area for watching the sunrise, reading the morning news, popping outside to the roof-covered deck for breakfast or a soak in the private hot tub!
