The alluring modern architecture of Garnett’s Way will draw you through the front door into the spacious and open Main Level combining the Kitchen, Dining Area and Great Room. The tastefully decorated space is accented with beautiful artwork and to-die-for amenities as well as vaulted ceilings and floor-to ceiling windows perfect for admiring the striking views of the iconic Breckenridge Peaks.

The professional-grade kitchen features 2 large farm-style sinks, six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens and a large island with seating for 6. The adjacent Dining Area seats 8 at the table and is surrounded by windows. After dinner, retreat to the spacious yet cozy Great Room and relax in front of the gas fireplace or enjoy a new movie on the large TV. The Main Level also features a convenient half-bath, a sizeable pantry available with storage for the week’s provisions, a laundry room with washer, dryer and large sink and mudroom with space to store everyone’s gear.

In the summer months, utilize the vast deck situated off of the Great Room and savor the crisp mountain air. You may choose to dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table – or simply kick back in an Adirondack chair and watch the sun set behind the mountain peaks while sitting beside the gas fire pit. A BBQ gas grill is available for year-round use.

The Tourmaline Bunk (sleeping 2 to 3 in a captian’s bunk bed) and Garnett’s Master Suite positioned down the hall from the Great Room. Garnett’s Master Suite is a retreat in itself featuring a King-sized bed, large TV, gas fireplace and private deck access. The vast ensuite bath features a dual-sink vanity with plenty of storage, large soaking tub, steam shower and walk-in closet.

Retreat to the lower level and discover endless entertainment. At the bottom of the stairs you’ll find a cozy den with TV, cocktail arcade game table and a closet full of fun games – there is something for everyone! Beyond the den is the lower level living area complete with large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, TV and beautiful wet bar complete with bar refrigerator, coffeemaker and sink. Mix up a drink at the wet bar and step out to the hot tub located through the sliding glass doors. The Sodalite Queen and Peridot King Suites are situated on either side of the living space and each features a TV and private bath.

Haslett’s Master Suite occupies the full Upper Level of the Garnett’s Way – the perfect suite for a couple or family with a child. This gorgeous bedroom suite features a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV, private balcony and ensuite bath with walk-in shower.
