Snowy Point Chalet is a short walk to 4 O’clock ski run via private access. 3500 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bath sleeping up to 10 in a quiet wooded area on a cul-de-sac. Hiking trails right from the house in summer. Decorated in mountain modern décor. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and in living room plus den. The Snowy Point Subdivision is a quick five-minute drive or 1 ½ miles to the town of Breckenridge. Or a quick 10-minute walk downhill to the town of Breckenridge in summer. Access skiing by walking across the street to the path to the 4 O’clock ski run. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift or ski down to the gondola in town.
