Wheel Chair suitable in one master suite with roll in shower. Elevator accessing all 3 levels. Custom built and decorated in mountain modern style with high end finishes, unique lighting throughout, stone, lovely wood floors and hand scraped beams. The upper level of the home features the main living room with open dining and kitchen arrangement, vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows face the forest providing the utmost privacy. Adjacent the library is a peaceful reading and relaxing room

A stone fireplace provides Colorado ambiance in the great room with big screen TV. Kitchen with professional appliances, large refrigerator and wine cooler. Has additional bar seating for 3 at the spacious island. The open and sunny dining area opens to the deck with sliding door and seats 14. Lower level theatre room with overhead projection system and 12-foot screen seats 12 people in comfy recliners. On the upper level you will find the Eagles Nest King bedroom, with a Sleep Number king bed, 55” TV and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Ski the Summit Master Suite - the second master suite on the upper level features a Sleep Number king bed, 60” flat screen TV and seating area with ensuite bath - has dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower

The middle level of the home features a recreation room with billiards, wet bar, fireplace and flat screen TV and second mini kitchen with full size refrigerator. The Breck Bunk room offers 2 twin-over-twin bunks with an adjacent bath and steam shower. The Willows Mini Master has a king bed and a handicapped accessible ensuite bath with copper soaking tub and oversize roll in shower. The spacious High Alpine King room features a Sleep Number king-size bed, 55” TV and ensuite shower bathroom. The Gold Rush Queen is also on this mid-level with a queen bed, 32” TV, and ensuite shower. Kids of all ages will love the Mountain Top Bunk bedroom with 4 twin-over-twin bunk beds, large bathroom with 2 waterfall showers and 2 water closets, and trough sink. Outdoor fire pit on patio. 3 bay heated garage with ski storage and heated ski boot warmers. Parking for 6 cars total. Two washers and dryers. With regret, no pets please. Summit at Shock Hill is near Chalet du Soliel (7 bedrooms). Rent both homes for a family reunion or a small wedding!
