The living room, with its towering ceilings and massive sectional, centers around a sleek fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen features clean, minimalist cabinetry, a waterfall island with seating, and premium appliances, making it a functional yet stylish space for cooking and entertaining. The dining table, positioned near the large sliding glass doors, offers a seamless transition to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a hot tub, firepit, and multiple seating areas for relaxation or social gatherings. The balcony extends the outdoor living space further with its grill, outdoor fireplace, and seating. On the lower level, a lounge area provides a more casual retreat, featuring a pool table, cozy sectional, and another TV. This space flows naturally into the patio, offering additional opportunities for outdoor entertainment.

The home’s accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The main-level primary suite offers direct access to the patio and hot tub, along with an en-suite bathroom that features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and ample storage. The lower-level bunk room includes two captain’s bunks and an en-suite with dual showers and a double vanity. Upstairs, a lofted den overlooks the living room through glass railings, adding a sophisticated touch to the space. The upper level also includes two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious secondary suite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and wide windows that maximize the views.
