Featuring a mountain-rustic and modern design elements throughout, this residence combines sophistication with comfort. The top floor features a spacious living room with a statement stone fireplace and cozy accents. The executive round dining table seats six and is adjacent to the elegant kitchen, which contains light, airy finishes and gourmet appliances - including a large Wolf range.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy views of the San Sophia Mountain Range. Downstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and balcony access. The main bedroom includes a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, and en-suite with dual vanity and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds and ensuites, while the final bedroom offers a twin bed with a trundle. The hallway conveniently doubles as a mudroom with ski storage and boot dryers, leading directly to the ski-in/ski-out access on the Lower Sundance green run.

The Cortina building features a game room with a ping pong table, games, and a big screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the year-round pool, hot tub, and full fitness room. The Market Gondola, just a short distance away, provides access to Mountain Village and the Historic Town of Telluride, where you can access a variety of Telluride hiking and biking trails, shops and restaurants.
