The lower floor has its own apartment that closes off from the rest of the house if you choose. There is huge living area with a set of twin bunks, comfortable sitting area, separate queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Make your own meals in the full kitchen and enjoy them on the walkout patio. The ground level also has a separate billiards room where can stare out at the San Sophia Range while you show off your skills on the full-sized pool table.

The great room upstairs has sky high ceilings and a wall full of windows facing the mountains. Imagine yourself sitting around the huge gas fireplace after a long day of skiing, or sitting on one of the north facing decks in the summer enjoying the mountain breeze. There is a convenient powder room located off the entertaining area.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and everything you would need to bring out your inner chef. With a great open concept, you can cook and entertain at the same time! You also have the option to cook on one of the two gas grills on the property.

The upstairs bedroom has a luxury king bed and en suite bathroom. You can walk straight onto the patio from the bedroom and breathe in some of that fresh mountain air.

This beautiful home makes you feel as if you are in your own luxury cabin in the woods, yet you are conveniently located only a 15 minute drive to the center of Telluride. The Meadows parking lot is .9 miles away where in the winter, you can catch the Chondola to the Mountain Village core, or hop on lift 10 and get skiing!
