As you enter the living and kitchen area on the uppermost level of this home, you’ll be greeted by the bountiful natural light that streams in through the large picture windows. The living room hosts a soft leather sectional and several arm chairs across from the gas fireplace, with an additional seating area designed specifically with appreciation for the peaks outside in mind. You'll have a crystal-clear view of Wilson Peak and Mt. Wilson from this vantage point. The vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling stonework add space to this open concept floor plan, from the living room right into the adjacent kitchen. Top of the line stainless Wolf appliances, including a commercial-grade gas range and oven, are accentuated by granite countertops and warm wood cabinetry. Have a seat at the breakfast bar while the chef in your group whips up the delicacy of the day. Dine under the early evening stars at the wooden table on the back patio, or in the dining room with a direct view of Wilson Peak and seating for 8 guests. After sharing a meal, perhaps sharing a game of foosball at the table downstairs is in order, or a soak amongst the bubbles? This main living level is host to the Master Bedroom, with rustic tile floors, a flat screen tv, and a stone-lined gas fireplace. The King bed will undoubtedly call to you, but you may first want to step out onto your private balcony for a nightcap, or your first cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the Wilson Range. Ensuite to the Master, you’ll discover a steam shower and jetted tub, alongside a double stone vanity. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms with a variety of sleeping options to ensure a good fit for all in your party. Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and Wilson Peak views, as well as a flat screen tv. Next door, Guest Bedroom 3 sleeps up to three guests on a wooden twin-over-full captain’s bunk. This room features a flat screen as well, and shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 2. You’ll find a double vanity in this hall bath, plus a jetted tub/shower combination for ultimate comfort after a day of adventure. A final Guest Bedroom 4 on this lower level is home to another queen bed, as well as a full ensuite with steam shower and jetted tub combo.

The family room on the lower level acts as the setting for the aforementioned foosball table, plus a large flat screen and sound system. For guests wishing for a bit more privacy, an additional reading nook lies around the corner, with a comfy sleeper sofa accommodating 2 guests. From your private hot tub steps away from the back door, your view will continue to be filled by the peaks and ridgelines that make the San Juan mountain range a Colorado can’t-miss. In this quiet corner just a skip away from the activity of the Mountain Village Core, the only sound you may hear besides an occasional Elk bellow is the quivering of the Aspens that line the yard.

With the Telluride Golf Course running right out in front of this home, you’ll be gently reminded of all of the amazing activities that Telluride and Mountain Village have to offer.

Just let Mountain Village’s Dial-A-Ride service pick you up right at your front door, and you’ll find the world is your oyster. A quick gondola ride over the mountain tops will take you to the Town of Telluride, or you could practice your putting skills just minutes away.
