This is a space designed for people to gather and enjoy the beauty of the snow, as well as the beautiful estate in which you get to spend your days. There are nooks and sitting areas, a bar, wonderful large fireplace and an amazing kitchen that is not only inviting but is large enough to have your family join you for a day of cooking and interacting.

The kitchen truly is as luxurious as it looks, with a large island opening up to the great room, a beautiful eat-in kitchen table overlooking the mountains and wonderful granite counters that encircle this magical kitchen. Along with this beautiful kitchen you have a gas range, wonderful hand stone extractor, as well as luxurious line of appliances. This is the perfect space to hire a full time chef and staff to make sure every meal is just perfect. Or if you'd like to arrange a wine tasting or cooking class, any of that is possible within these walls.

You have 7 bedrooms within the Paragon that are perfect for larger families. These rooms feature en-suite bathrooms as well have 6 King Suites and one suite with two twins. This is a great layout for groups with families, as the house really does have so much space. You'll never tire of the endless places you can relax and enjoy a book or a game of cards, watch a movie or play some pool, enjoy the outdoor oversized hot tub or just soak in your en-suite bath. If you want to ski you can ski in and out, this is really where all the magic happens.

Keep the mountains within reach at this expansive, ski-in, ski-out Beaver Creek Estate, an ultra-luxury home. A palatial ski pad, Paragon resides in the exclusive Strawberry Park gated community of Beaver Creek, situated just below the Elk Horn ski lift and you’ll ski directly in and out of the home via your own private ski path. A stately and expansive home with ornate details, custom furniture and unique art, you’ll discover dozens of indoor and outdoor areas for entertaining and indulging following a day on the mountains. A grove of Aspen trees encircles the outdoor patio, replete with in ground pool and hot tub.

A lower level great room plays host to your après-ski fantasies with a handsome bar, foosball table, pool table, poker table, and fireplace, along with a private massage and fitness studio. Ski directly in and out of the home via your own private ski path. The home sits just under the Elk Horn ski lift.
