If summer is your preference, multiple outdoor living areas are right outside your door. Either way, you’re views from inside and out of this home will remind you you’re in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado from the expansive great room. Amenities include numerous gas fireplaces throughout the home, an outdoor private hot tub for eight, large outdoor deck and downstairs patio, ski room, media room with 75” TV, and ping pong table.

The house features as well a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, bar seating for 6 people. In addition the dining room seats up to 10 people for dinner and you can enjoy those cold nights in with family in front of the fire having some family and friend time There is also a great room with Panoramic Views, so you can sit and unwind, read a book and really get some R&R. Remodeled in 2021 with 2 additional bedrooms, new finishes, bathrooms, furnishings, hot tubs, 2 car garage and updated kitchen.
