A beautifully decorated townhome, direct ski access to the slopes, as well as services and amenities you would usually only find at some of the most exclusive hotels. Take fool advantage of the club's heated outdoor pool, the state-of-the art exercise room, concierge and bell service, a spa treatment room, breakfast and après-ski in the club's lounge, a game room and so much more.

These are privately owned Townhomes and not part of the fractional ownership. Luxury four bedroom, plus den, 6 Bath townhome that has been completely refurnished summer 2009. The townhomes have direct ski access onto Assay Hill. The master suite upstairs with King bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower and 40" Flat screen LCD TV. The master suite downstairs with King bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower and 40" Flat screen LCD TV. We then have 2 twins with private bath and 32" Flat screen LCD TV & DVD. And an additional 2 twins with private bath and 32" Flat screen LCD TV & DVD. For your convenience there is a queen sleeper sofa in the media room for an additional 2 guests.

We also have a private Outdoor Hot tub for those nights after skiing you want to sit and unwind. The Gourmet Kitchen is perfect for those who like to eat in with their family and save a little on going out to eat. The facilities (not the house) include an Executive Business Center featuring fax machines and computers with high speed Internet access, a snow-melted plaza, mountain overlook from Club Lounge, Continental breakfast from 7-10am daily (coffee, muffins and pastries), Apres ski daily from 3:30 - 4:30pm with hot & cold appetizers, beer & wine, Complete concierge services and bell staff, Game Room and Tykes Room, Executive Business Center, State-of-the-art fitness facility with complete strength and cardio equipment, cardio theatre, Men's and Women's locker rooms, Spa treatment room, steam room and showers, slope side outdoor heated swimming pool and jetted spa in a beautiful waterfall setting, complimentary point to point transportation and underground parking.
