Hahn's Peak Residence offers a spectacular location with a front row, grandstand view of the Steamboat Ski Mountain as a backdrop to your stay. The large open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living room creating a free-flowing space at the heart of the residence.

The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight aspiring chefs; or you can grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.

This residence is designed for entertaining, with a dining table that will seat 10. Larger groups can add another 3 guests with bar seating at the kitchen island. Additional chairs are available for additional dinner guests.

It offers 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and the flexible bedding options will comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The master bedroom with TempurPedic mattress sets the mood with a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Guest Master also offers a King bed. The third bedroom offers a Queen with a twin bunk over it and the fourth offers two twin bunk beds and a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the great room.

State of the art a/v equipment, including a 50" TV in the great room, provides hi definition entertainment after a full day of activity. The residence includes an iMac home computer and "day-trader" nook with another mini-TV so you can stream MSNBC direct to your work station if you need to follow the markets in real-time during your stay. Naturally this also includes high-speed Wi-Fi allowing internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk, and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office area.
