This luxury home is located in a private neighborhood just minutes from the ski trails looking up at the ski mountain. Beautifully constructed, the interior walls are all hand-textured, floors are a combination of hickory, stone and ceramic tile with Berber carpets. Climate controls include in-floor heat augmented by central air.

The magnificent Great Room with vaulted and high beamed ceilings, gas fireplace provides a perfect setting for living, dining, and entertaining for the week.

The professionally equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. A full complement of appliances, utensils, and cookware will allow you to take advantage of staying in a home and not feel that you have to eat out on vacation. A covered deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling.

The dining table seats up to 11 with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Set adjacent to the kitchen you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain.

The master bedroom with large walk-in closet has a King bed with full private bathroom and steam shower. On the upper level the Guest Master offers a King bed, private deck, large TV, large closet and private bath with steam shower. A third bedroom offers a children’s twin bunk and a crib. The lower level offers three bedrooms; a “Teen” room with twin/full bunk beds, smart TV, sofa and bean bags and private bath; a King bedroom with private bath; and a Queen bedroom with private bath.

The rec room with gas fireplace provides an additional large living area with a big screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Outside the hot tub awaits with mountain views to enjoy while you soak and relax.

Overlook Chalet also offers a two car heated garage, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as our complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway
