Upon entering this marvelous home via the giant hand-carved front door you enter the Great Room with an impressive two-story, stone fireplace, exposed wooden beams, pecan floors, and expansive stonework. Striking views of the surrounding valley through the large floor-to-ceiling windows form the perfect backdrop to this central gathering area.

The open professional kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring alder cabinetry and a Wolf double oven. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a cozy seating area, built-in Miele coffee station, and a private deck with awning and firepit to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the South Valley come to life. Alternatively you can sit at the breakfast bar while your chef creates and enjoy your own live cooking show.

The 8 person dining table is in a cozy alcove just off the kitchen with additional seating at the breakfast bar for larger groups. It’s the perfect place to share your day’s adventures while enjoying a delicious meal together.

The windows of the main floor master frame the Steamboat Ski Area, and when open they bring the sounds of the creek within as it flows by. The master suite is an escape in itself with a fireplace, soaking tub and private deck with sunset views. The upper level features two bedrooms with a shared bath. The lower level has a large bunk room with 4 queen beds to comfortably sleep 8. Each bed has its own private loft area with storage and an individual sink. An extra-large bathroom with room for everyone completes the space.

The lower level of the house is built for fun. As you descend the grand staircase through the rock walls you enter another large living area with fireplace and wet bar to watch the game while family rivalries are settled at the pool table. Off this room is the underground wine cave, a perfect setting for wine tasting and a tasty bite. If seeking relaxation you can head out to the private hot tub and enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoor wood burning fireplace. Finally a full equipped work-out center on the lower level offers everything for anyone seeking to maintain their exercise regime while on vacation.

Two garages, with capacity for 7 cars, protect all of your vehicles from the elements and plenty of space to store your gear. For privacy and seclusion Priest Creek Lodge delivers on all counts.
