Wildflower Meadows is one of Steamboat’s finest luxury ranches. This magnificent property is set at the foot of Rabbit Ears Pass just outside beautiful Steamboat Springs and just four miles from the Champagne Powder and World famous skiing of Steamboat.

With a 10,628 ft² house, 155 acres, 45 fully manicured acres, 6 ponds, 2 lakes, 2 beaches, 2 docks, tennis court, multiple water features and breathtaking views around every corner, this is a property that you won’t experience anywhere else in the world. With the immaculate grounds it is the perfect setting for a special celebration or an unforgettable private family vacation.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a substantial, two story rock faced, fireplace. The fireplace passes through to the Great Room with 25 ft ceilings, a large flat screen tv, plenty of seating and massive windows that wrap the mountain and valley views around you.

The kitchen just off the great room will delight with everything a discerning chef could ask for. Granite counter-tops, a 6 burner gas stove, including a grill, griddle, and beautiful copper hood. There are 2 ovens and an oversized refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 6.

The formal dining room offers comfortable seating for 12. Like the rest of the house, it takes advantage of the views with large windows and high ceilings with accents from large exposed wood beams.

After a long day in the outdoors the generous bedrooms are a delight to wind down in. The master suite has its own wing consisting of a grand seating area with fireplace, King bed, walk in closet, bathroom with steam shower, large soaking bathtub and adjoining massage room. Just outside the suite is an intimate two person private hot tub on a private patio with views out to a lake and valley beyond. There are also two Queen bedrooms with private fireplaces, ensuite bathrooms, twin sleeper sofas and walk in closets. Continuing on the main level there are two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with a Twin day bed, both with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs is the sixth bedroom with a Queen bed, twin sleeper sofa and a shared bathroom.

The upper level is also home to the game room. The group will enjoy a pool table, media area, and a bar with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. This room is sure to keep everyone entertained when they aren’t out savoring the immaculate grounds.

It might take you over a week to discover everything that this spectacular property has to offer. Seeing is believing! Wandering the grounds there are two outdoor bar areas, one with a built in grill, two private hot tubs, a private tennis court, and the wrap-around beauty of the Yampa Valley that cannot be experienced anywhere else. Even the over 3,000 ft long driveway has stone inlays.
