This lovely 3 story home is a wonderful mix of South Hamptons decor and beachside villa getaway, bringing both of those worlds together to create a wonderful atmosphere for your whole family. Indeed this is a family residence and the moment you realize you are just steps to the beach you will know you have found paradise, just dart down the block to find a pathway that leads straight to our magnificent beach that goes on forever.

The bedrooms in the house are very large, in one guest suite you have one king and one queen size bed within the second suite you have queen sized bed with a lovely trundle that can be used for kids. There is another queen sized suite which opens up to a foyer which also has a trundle bed. There is a queen size bed in the finished basement, which is great for overflow. Additionally there is a queen size bed on the first floor. The house comfortably sleeps 10-12 but can sleep as many as 20 in the additional bed configurations, so if you have a larger family please do bring them along this summer.

Our kitchen opens up to a small eating nook, as well we have 2 tables which can be setup for eating outside right near the kitchen sliding glass door. Everything that you can ask for is there for making great meals and really enjoying your time with family. The bedding, towels and beach towels are also found inside the house. We have really taken the time to make sure that you have what you need when you arrive, but if anything is missing the owners are happy to pre-stock anything you need prior to arrival at an additional cost.

The patio area is one of the best you'll find, giving you a lovely view of the beach and the wonderful neighborhood. Find the time to really take in the sound of the waves at night which really bring the beach to life. And if you're one for walking, this is the perfect area for taking those long walks with your family or just a morning jog.
