The house features 6 beautiful bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, great for families of all size, sleeping 14 guests. Villa Sunset Features a Lake Front home with incredible views. Rare find in Watercolor! You get the courtesy use of a 6-Seater Golf Cart – for use within Watercolor only, use of 7 Taxi Bikes for your family to enjoy.

The Private Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional fee for reservations October – April. You are a 1 Min Bike Ride to Western Lake Bridge, which takes you to the front of Watercolor and the Beach Club. You are also a 1 Min Bike Ride to Sandhill Park, playground, and the Frog Pool. Our Gourmet Kitchen is fully loaded with butler pantry and professional appliances from Sub Zero, Wolf, and Miele including a Miele Barista Machine. There is an additional Full Kitchen and lounge area in the Carriage House.

Outside you'll find the poolside covered outdoor lounge with gas fireplace, TV, and outdoor gas grill. Wonderful pool for the family to use and lots of great outdoor spaces. Inside there is a 3rd Floor Media Room with Large Projector TV, incredible lake views, wet bar, half bath, and game table. The 2nd Floor covered outdoor lounge with gas fireplace, cushioned seating, and wet bar.

The house comes with a bonus of the Connected Carriage House with loft suite, full kitchen, and living room, cable, wifi, and Smart TVs throughout the home The covered outdoor spaces will lure you outside to enjoy the gorgeous 30A weather year round. Both 1st and 2nd floors feature a covered outdoor lounge with cushioned seating and gas fireplace along with panoramic lake views. Be one of the few people in Watercolor with views of a famous coastal dune lake only found on 30A.
