Enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, relaxing beside your two private pools or watching the sunset from the shoreline. Dockage and boat launch is included; please inquire. We can accommodate up to 23 ft boat for the ramp. Slips can accommodate up to a 42 ft boat with up to a 2 ft draft.

Concierge service is available and free WiFi throughout the property. Please note standard Internet service is complimentary and suitable for emailing and social networking. Guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming. Limited housekeeping is available on request. Enjoy all the conveniences and classic amenities of a home; unwind in spacious villas featuring full kitchens, wide-open living areas, and wrap-around porches.

This is a fully gated property with key code entrance. Free parking is available throughout the property with a parking permit. Boat dockage and launch are included as well as paddleboards, kayaks, private pool, and beach area. The marina has a limited amount of boat slips and a boat launch/ramp available at no extra charge. Boat slips must be requested in advance and are reserved on a first come first serve basis. The largest slip can accommodate up to a 42 foot boat with a shallow draft, maximum 2 feet. Jet skis and/or Jet skis trailers are not permitted on property. Jet skis and/or Jet skis trailers are not permitted on property. Fishing is permitted from the designated beach point only.

We host ceremonies and receptions for up to 125 guests with accommodations for 48-64 guests overnight.
