Set on the shore of Biscayne Bay, this sleek Six-bedroom villa offers gorgeous city and water views, well-appointed outdoor spaces and stunning modern architecture. Three levels of floor-to-ceiling windows let you see the ocean from nearly every room, and a private dock means you can drive the boat right up to the property.

Villa Sunshine opens to a large terrace bordered by palm trees and stretching down to the private dock on the bay. There’s a heated pool, hot tub and an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and barbecue, as well as outdoor sitting and dining areas. A home theatre, DVD player, sound system, Wi-Fi and an iPad provide entertainment, and air conditioning, heating and a security system provide comfort and peace of mind. Inside, the villa is ultra-contemporary, with an all-white color scheme set off by metal and stone accents.

An open-plan living and dining area is flooded with light from the panoramic windows and has water views from both the long sofa and the dining table, which seats up to eight guests. The fully-equipped adjacent kitchen is similarly minimalist, with gleaming stone floors, stainless steel appliances and glossy white cabinets.

The villa’s bedrooms are spacious and bright, thanks to large windows, white color schemes and minimalist furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed, stand-alone shower and tub, air conditioning, TV, fireplace and striking ocean views. Three other bedrooms each have queen beds and stand-alone showers, and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed.
