The house sits on a 11,000 Sq. Ft lot, this automated home was build in 2018 using prime quality materials, panoramic sliding pocket doors, and a five star gourmet Italian kitchen. When you step outside, you are welcomed by a rich blue pool and oversized Jacuzzi with a private cabana. After pool time, an outdoor teak rain shower awaits you. The outdoor kitchen features all the appliances you could ask for.

As the day winds down, take the stairs to rooftop terrace to watch the sunset before stars fill the sky as you take in the breeze from the bay which is just a minutes walk away. Once you visit, you’ll see why Coconut Grove is undergoing one of the greatest transformations in the city’s rich history. Miami has long been center of music and Latin and Retro design.
