This newly remodeled modern waterfront haven of clean lines, open spaces, and abundance of natural light. Take on the day and be inspired to read by the pool or enjoy a day of walking through town, a really beautiful completely redone area which is gorgeous and has new shops and restaurants to entice your senses. As well every year here we have the bed races, led by Daisy and her team which always inspire us to enjoy the local flair. There are tons of foodie lovers weeks, where the streets are closed and you can enjoy dining and shopping in a safe enclosed space.

This engaging three-story villa features a gym that includes a Peloton bike, NordickTrack Fusion cable machines and more. On the ground floor, a remarkable wet bar and game room opens to a pool deck that reveals 50' of waterfront on a protected inlet with no bridges to Biscayne Bay making it a boater’s dream. The second floor features a gourmet kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances, and an impressive glass wine cellar. The living, dining, and family rooms open up to a central court yard, circulating Bay breezes. Whether you want to dine Alfresco on the main floor or waterfront, the choice is yours. All four bedrooms each of them with en-suite bathrooms are located on the third floor.

Enjoy the beauty of walking to waterfront restaurants along historic Bayshore Drive. By car you are just minutes to CocoWalk, Brickell & blocks to I-95 for easy access to Design District, and Miami’s Beaches.
