Nestled in a tropical garden with a large pool, and on a beautiful tree-lined street, this stunning landmarked 1925 Mediterranean Revival Home has been carefully restored into one of the Palm Beach area's most unique and intimate resort style homes. Grandview Estate is the largest landmarked residence in the city, located in the popular residential Grandview Heights Historic District, adjacent to downtown West Palm Beach. Just 5 - 10 minutes walking to the Norton Museum of Art, The South Dixie Design, Dining and Art District, The Square (City Place), the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, PBA University. Tri-Rail and Brightline train stations are a 5-minute drive, PBI Intl. Airport is only 12 minutes away. The beaches as well as downtown Palm Beach island are just a 5 minute drive away, 15 minutes on a bike.

This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request. A refundable damage security deposit will be required one week before arrival. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Same day reservations made for this property are on request.
