Enjoy the protected patio with ample covered dining space overlooking the newly landscaped backyard and heated swimming pool.

Gregory Place is located south of Southern Blvd, in the chic and established upscale "SoSo" district of West Palm Beach. The award winning "The Park West Palm" golf course is 5 minutes away. 10 minutes to PBI Intl. Airport; close to the chic restaurants and shops of South Dixie Hwy; 10 minutes driving to the downtowns of West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and Palm Beach Island.

This home requires an additional $1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer prior to arrival (or cash at arrival). Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. All pets are on request.
