In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, this charming cottage 1204 square feet has been meticulously restored and updated. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, laundry facilities, a charming outside dining terrace and a newly constructed, heated pool. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, cable tv and a closet. The pool is shared with another 1 bedroom unit located on the same property. Pool heat is optional.

Historic District Cottage shares the property with another, fully detached 1 bedroom cabana. Both units can be booked together to form a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom compound.
