Cocoa Cottage is a lovely 4 Bedroom 4,000 Sq. Foot Mediterranean Style private villa on the historical Indian River directly opposite the Space X Rocket Launch Pad and Kennedy Space Center. The house features a lovely layout with large open Kitchen a Formal Dining area and lovely rooms. The Master features a wonderful sleigh bed with beautiful en-suite bathroom as well as amazing views from the windows. The guest suites feature two Twins, A Bunk Room and Queen sized bed. There are 4 full bathrooms in the house to make it a more comfortable stay for larger families.

The wonderful idea of this house it to create a magical experience for the entire family, with waterfront dockage kids can fish or you can rent a boat. There is so much to do in the area that most families find themselves immersed in the location and activities. The large pool area is great for those seeking to just unwind and take in a little sun while enjoying the great outdoors. Your family will unwind together, with each BBQ and family fun day, this will become the vacation they remember.

We can assist you in chartering a boat or having a cooking class, maybe take in some tours of the area of just enjoy the culture. No matter what we are ready to help plan your prefect vacation.
