Tarpon Point Villa is a luxurious custom built home located in the SW area of Cape Coral. The villa is very close to Tarpon Point Marina. The 4 bedroom and 3 bath villa has 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins with western exposure. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops has all major appliances. The spacious living room has a TV, DVD player and stereo sound system. Next to the living room you have a nice family room for guests to sit back and relax.

For your convenience, there is Wi-Fi available to connect your smart phones and laptops. The pool and spa are electric heated. The lanai is equipped with pool furniture, al fresco dining area and a gas BBQ grill. You have gulf access from the canal. The boat dock can be used to dock a rental boat during your stay. Please inquire about renting a boat. We can have it delivered to the villa.

Within a short drive from Tarpon Point Villa you have an shopping and great restaurants. The Miromar Outlet Mall is a half hour drive from the villa.
