The house is located on a canal network shared with some of the towns most upscale million dollar homes.  The large dock comes with tiki hut, rocking chairs and now with the perfect way to travel to the best restaurant in town located nearby, therecent upgrade of a 2007 23ft motorboat with powerful 200HP outboard.

In addition there is broadband internet access, basic cable, and a welcome food pack for arriving guests.
