The Beach Dreams boasts 3,200 ft² of living space and sleeps 14 guests total with 1 king-sized bed, 4 queen-sized beds, and 2 queen-sized pull-out sofa beds in the great room. The estate consists of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom main house, and a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house. With its professionally landscaped tropical inspired grounds, equipped with a 2-car garage and paved driveway, and parking with enough space for 2 RVs or boats.

The main house features open high ceilings and new flooring in a spectacular great room, huge living and dining areas, a Corian kitchen, a separate utility room with washer and dryer, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Its stunning master suite has a his and hers walk-in closet and a super master bath with a custom-built shower and Jacuzzi tub. The 180 degree panoramic ocean view spans the entire east side of the main house; providing ocean views in the great room, master suite, and one guest suite. Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi access within the property line; as well as free unlimited telephone calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Watch your favorite TV shows either in the great room or any bedroom on one of the 6 TVs with HD cable. For your entertainment pleasure there is a BluRay DVD, PS2, equipped with movies and games. Savor a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, with built-in cook top island and a full supply of crockery and cutlery.

The guest house would be ideal for guests traveling with teenagers or grandparents. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator and convection microwave for fast cooking; and offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Outside the luxurious living confines of Beach Dreams 1, guests can enjoy all the comforts of your modern day resort. Take a dip in the private pool and spa, with automated Hayward wireless pool remote. Challenge your family and friends to a game of tennis on the newly resurfaced professional tennis court, with U.S. Open color finishing’s and fencing. Or unwind under the stars with a glass of your favorite wine on the observation deck near the ocean.

We invite you to relax to the sound of the ocean waves, surf just in front of your house, watch dolphins from the deck, cook out, observe space shuttle launches from your observation deck, look at the stars during the night or walk down the steps to the white, sandy beach any time you desire. This is as close as you can get to your own private beach.

Your stay will include one set of linens per bedroom, one set of towels per bathroom, a full supply of paper towels, tissue, toilet paper, shampoo, bath soap, and beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are located inside the deck box of the observation deck.

Beach Dreams is located in Indialantic, between the Melbourne Causeway and the Eau Galle Causeway. The estate is in the heart of the Space Coast, a 72 mile stretch along Florida’s Atlantic (east) coast between Cape Canaveral and Sebastian Inlet. The area beaches are closest to Orlando with some of the best surfing in the country and spectacular array of wildlife, unspoiled natural habitats, sanctuaries and preserves. At the same time, you will be within an easy reach to everything – surrounded by nice restaurants, just an hour’s drive from Orlando and all of its attractions. The estate is less than half an hour away from Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center; and just two and a half hours away from the popular South Beach in Miami. So whether you enjoy fishing, boating, sunbathing, hiking, walking, golfing, water ski, jet ski, treasure hunt … you can have it all at Beach Dreams!
